Pickup & Delivery FAQs

There are no additional costs to have your items picked up and delivered. Our route customers
are able to enjoy the same pricing as out store customers, with the added benefit of not having
to drive to the store!

After signing up for route service, we will assign you to one of our routes within one business day. Once you are assigned to a route you will be able to schedule your first pickup.

Our routes run on either Mondays and Thursdays, or Tuesdays and Fridays. For Monday/Thursday routes, any items picked up on Monday will be delivered back on Thursday, and any items picked up on Thursday will be delivered back the following Monday. For Tuesday/Friday routes, any items picked up on Tuesday will be delivered back on Friday, and any items picked up on Friday will be delivered back the following Tuesday.

The only exception to the standard turnaround times are items that require specialty services. More information about specialty services can be found at the bottom of this page.

After signing up for service, you will receive a message from us within one business day letting
you know which route you belong to along with some reminders on how our route service works.

If you opt-in to our route reminders, you will receive a text message the day before we are in
your area asking if you would like to be scheduled for a pickup. Reply, “Yes”, to the message to
be added to the schedule. If you do not need a pickup, you can simply ignore the text and you
will not be added to the schedule.

If you would prefer not to receive reminders via text, you can request a pickup by logging into
your account. A link to your account is available at the bottom of all communication from us, or
simply visit our website (www.gecleaners.com) and click the “Schedule Pickup Order” button on
the home page. Once you are logged into your account, select the “Pickup & Delivery” tab from
the menu, then click the “Schedule a Pickup” button at the bottom of the page.

customerservice@gecleaners.com.

All pickup requests must be made by 9:00am on your day of service. Pickup requests placed
after 9:00am on your day of service will default to your following service date.

Your first order can be placed in any kind of bag, as long as the items are secure in the bag (i.e. they won’t fall out). Please just remember to put your name somewhere inside the bag and attach a note to the outside of the bag stating something to the extent of, “Attn: GreenEarth Cleaners”, so we know (and other delivery services know) the items are intended for us.

Upon returning your first order to you, we will include a reusable customer bag with your information attached that can be used for future orders.
Most household customers will leave their bags outside of their front door on the day of their pickup. If there are special instructions for your pickup, please contact us so we can be sure to notate your account accordingly.

If you live in a condo or apartment building, or are getting pickup and delivery to your work address, please check with a representative from your building (i.e. concierge member or front desk staff) about where your items will be picked up from and delivered to. If they don’t know, please reach out to us directly and we will look into it for you.

Rest assured, as a route customer, you will receive the same level of attention and customer
service as you would in our store. If you ever need to reach us, you can contact us by phone,
text, or email, depending on what is most convenient for you, and we will follow up with you
promptly.

GreenEarth Cleaners is closed for the observance of New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If your normal route day is
impacted by a holiday, your items will be picked up and/or delivered on your next available route
day. As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder of the upcoming closure and what it means for
your route service as the holiday approaches.

In addition to our standard dry cleaning and laundry services, we also offer alterations, leather
cleaning, wedding dress cleaning and preservation, and shoe and handbag cleaning and repair.
Specialty services require a longer turnaround time than standard items. Turnaround times will
vary by item, so please reach out to us if you are curious about the turnaround time for a
specialty item and we will be happy to assist.
